This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin. As part of the hosting, STRATO processes personal data as a processor on the basis of a contract pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.
When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data are processed so that the content can be delivered to your device and the security, stability and functionality of the website can be ensured.
In particular, the following data may be processed:
- IP address of the requesting device,
- date and time of access,
- page or file accessed,
- volume of data transferred,
- browser type and version,
- operating system used,
- referrer URL, and

The processing serves the technical provision of the website, ensuring its functionality, error analysis, and the detection and defence against disruptions, attacks and misuse.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(e) GDPR in conjunction with § 3 (1) of the Hessian Data Protection and Freedom of Information Act (HDSIG), insofar as the provision of the website serves the performance of a task within the responsibility of the Stadt Reinheim.
In accordance with the information applicable to the web hosting used, STRATO stores visitors' IP addresses for a maximum of seven days for the detection and defence against attacks. After that, the personal access data are deleted or are no longer available in a form that identifies individuals.
4. Contact form and other contact
If you use the contact form provided on the website or contact us in another way, we process the personal data you transmit. Which data are processed in detail follows from the form fields you complete or from your message. This may include, in particular, your name, e-mail address, telephone number, information about a company or project, and the content of your message.
The processing serves to handle and respond to your enquiry and — insofar as this is the subject of your enquiry — to prepare further discussions in connection with a possible settlement, use of land or other cooperation in the Zukunftspark Reinheim.

The data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required to handle your enquiry and no statutory retention, documentation or archiving obligations conflict with this. If your enquiry gives rise to a further procedure or a contractual relationship, the data are further processed in accordance with the retention rules applicable to it.
5. Tracking and analysis
This website does not use any tracking or analysis technologies for user-related reach measurement, profiling or advertising evaluation of usage behaviour.
